Ergane is a translation dictionary that uses the artificial language Esperanto to translate words and short expressions from one language to another. For instance, if you enter the English word shoe and order Ergane to translate it, the application will first look up the Esperanto translation. The Esperanto translation ŝuo will subsequently be used to find the Dutch translation schoen.
